What Inkling does

Every office's notes, side by side

Inkling pulls your records in over Carequality and TEFCA and assembles one current history from them. Gaps get flagged, and Inkling helps you send for what's missing.

Plain readings, and numbers over time

You get every record read back in everyday language, plus a summary of your medical history. Labs become numbers you can track over time, so a new result can be told apart from an old pattern.

Ask what your records say about a symptom

Describe what you're noticing and ask what's written down about it. Answers come from your own records, and a second check holds them up against the evidence before you rely on them.

Questions worth bringing

Inkling helps you turn what you find into questions to bring to your next visit. Working out what's causing a symptom stays with your doctor.

What makes Inkling different

Your records, not search results

A web search, or ChatGPT, Claude or Grok used without your records, can describe a symptom but doesn't know your history. Inkling starts from what's already written about you, like a low lab result or a note from another office.

Every office, in one history

Your lab, your primary care doctor and your dermatologist each keep their own part. Inkling requests records from many hospitals and practices, and you upload what the networks miss.

Careful by design

Inkling tells you what your records show and also what it can't tell you. It helps you prepare for a visit and never replaces one.

Ask through your own assistant

Give Claude, ChatGPT or Grok permission and it can read your records, labs and notes through Inkling. It then answers from what's written down about you.

Who uses Inkling

The team behind Inkling

Inkling comes from a Pasadena, California company named Triangle, legally Triangle Health, Inc. Arun Verma, who held senior roles at Shopify and Atoms before becoming Triangle's CEO, co-founded the company alongside Jonathan Grubb and Justin Balthrop when a 2023 brain tumor diagnosis left him researching his own case by hand. Inkling turns that careful looking into a service anyone can use when something hasn't felt right.

About Triangle

How Inkling works

  1. Begin the trial

Sign up for Triangle's 7-day free trial and name the person Inkling is for, whether that's you or someone you care for.

  2. Verify and sign

Check your identity, confirm your address, sign the consent forms and set up an intake visit; the clinician you meet co-signs your records request.

  3. Gather your records

Triangle puts in the requests through Carequality and TEFCA, and any stray paperwork you upload yourself. With records in, go through the health topics and medications Inkling lists, ask what's written about your symptom and invite a doctor in if you'd like.

  4. Your assistant, reading your records

If you use Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, connect it whenever you're ready. Write to Triangle at support@trianglehealth.com whenever a step leaves you unsure.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Inkling, and is it a Triangle product?

Inkling lays your records side by side and answers questions from them, so you can look carefully before a visit. Triangle runs it, which is why you'll make your account at trianglehealth.com.

What will I pay to keep using Inkling?

First comes a 7-day free trial, card required. It's $9 a month after that, you can cancel any time, and there's no charge if you cancel before day 7.

Can Inkling tell me what's wrong, like a doctor would?

No. Inkling's job, as Triangle designed it, is research and educational support: it won't name a cause, and it never diagnoses, treats or prescribes. Your clinicians work out what's going on, and Inkling helps you bring them what's written down.

Could I ask ChatGPT, Claude or Grok what my Inkling records say?

Yes, with your permission. In the assistant's MCP connector settings, enter https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp for Inkling, and Triangle's consent screen will let you pick what it may look at. There's a walkthrough for each one at trianglehealth.com/agents.

Who can see what Inkling finds in my records?

Only you and the people you choose; Triangle doesn't sell what Inkling holds, and none of it goes to advertising. Inkling's records sit with Triangle, which is HIPAA compliant and encrypts them in transit and at rest.

What if my symptoms are sudden or severe?

Call 911 or your local emergency number. Inkling is for looking carefully at what's written down before a visit, not for urgent care.

Can I log my symptoms day by day?

There's no symptom diary in Inkling. It reads the records your doctors wrote, and a connected device such as an Oura ring or a Garmin watch adds its readings beside them.

What if my records don't say much?

A thin file is worth knowing about too. Inkling marks the gaps it can see and helps you ask for the rest, and you can upload PDFs, photos of paper records, discs or faxes.
